I appreciate your interest in portrait sessions at our studio or on location!

I require a 50% deposit/retainer fee when you book a portrait session. You may ask why I require this deposit fee? In our busy day-to-day life, you may forget or not turn up for the session, so someone else could have your session?

This deposit fee is Non-Refundable once you book your session, except if the “Paying Client” is in ER, Hospital, or Life-threating Emergency. We will only refund if you change your mind within 24-hours from your booking deposit fee date.

We also offer full payment when you book your portrait session.

ALL FULL PAYMENTS PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WILL RECEIVE 8X11 PRINT. YOU CAN SELECT THE ONE YOU LIKE THE BEST IN THE PORTRAIT SESSION.

Deposit Requirements

Being on time for your portrait session

Being on time for your portrait session is very important to all. Your session when you book is 1-hour only, if you are late, we will not extend your session. Give 3 times longer on travel and do a test run before to find our studio.

Payments and Contracts paid in full before session

As a business and a photographer, we must have payment in full before session and all contracts and model release forms sent by email and signed contracts and model release finalised before the session.

Contracts & Model Release

As a business, we must have written contracts and model release forms.

All forms will be sent to you before the portrait session, and MUST be filled out, signed, and dated, and returned before the session date.

We want to show future clients your wonderful photos of your portrait session on our website, the internet, social media, or any marketing sites. When you sign these forms, you allow us to legally use your photos within the contact details.

No Smoking on property

We have a strict No Smoking on our Property. We do not offer smoke breaks; if you choose to smoke, your session will be finished. We will have other clients after your session who may be allergic to second-hand smoke.

What to wear?

Bring some casual and formal wear, like an elegant dress or suit, a tie, and shoes. Jeans and your favorite T-shirt or shirt. Dress how you feel comfortable. Makeup and jewelry, or a cool hat. It’s your day, so dress confidently and get beautiful photos of your session.

Future Coupon Usage

Payments Secure & Encrypted

All your payments are secure and encrypted. We use PayPal and Stripe as our Gateway Payment Service.

Once selected your date of portrait session, enter your name, contact number, and email address. Once done this, you will have option to make 2 payment options. Pay 50% or Pay in Full.

Once selected and continue, you will have the option to have 4 payment methods. Your Credit Card, Affirm (Pay in 4 interest-free payments of your dollar amount, or over 6–12 months. Cash App Pay, or Klarna with installments.

Once you have selected your payment method, paying in full or 50% of the portrait plan that you select, you will have to pay the remainder of the balance before your session. You can also select another payment method, like Affirm or Klarna (please see their terms, conditiontions and payment requirements)

Portrait Donation to Church or Non-Profit Business

For every client who signs up with “Prosessional Portrait Session Church/Non-Profit Business“, I will donate $75.00 on each portrait session. Once I get the clients information, church or non-profit business information from the client when they pay for the service, I will contact the church Pastor/Business Office, or Non-Profit Business and write a check out for the $75.00. I will never give the client the money/check to give to their organization.

Privacy of your information

We will never give out your name, or address on our website or to future clients except if you are okay with your legal consent. The only time we will have to give your information out is if we are requested by the police or a judge.

Terms and Conditions

By entering our website @ www.flashmyportrait.com you agree to all our terms and conditions on our website. Our usage of your photos taken in our portrait session, allowing with a signed and dated legal contract, posting and using your images on this website. Any polices listed on this website or new policies added. Privacy information also listed on this website and return policies and service refunds.
