ALL PHOTO IMAGES TAKEN BY US IN OUR STUDIO, GARDEN OR OUT ON A PHOTO SHOOT  ARE OWNED BY JOHN Q L STEVENSON AND YOU AS THE CLIENT HAVE SIGNED COMPLETE USAGE IN THE CONTRACTS AND MODEL RELEASE FORMS FOR US AS THE PHOTOGRAPHER, TO USE IN ANY PURPOSE OUTLINED IN THE SIGNED CONTRACTS, THESE ARE LEGAL, COURT-OF-LAW-BINDING CONTRACTS BETWEEN THE PHOTOGRAPHER AND CLIENT.

• The photographer can post your photo shoot on any website, social media site, or any website on the internet or make promotional/commercial marketing flyers or materials to help his business grow.
• The Client can only post on social media sites and photo can not be changed from the orginal how it was shoot.
• The owner of images can Sell or create any products to sell locally or on the internet.
• The client can only post on Social Media Sites.
• The client can not sell, create a product, ecommerce product, ebook, affiliate product, give away free, change photo descrition.
•  The client can post on social media sites or on the internet or create flyers for friends, but can not sell the photos for profit or products like t-shirts or mugs.
• No Pornographic or Adult site.
• No Political marketing.
• The photo image can not be changed, adjusted, resized, text letters added, or image/s added.
• Any Change Needed To Be Approved By The Photographer.
