Returns and Service Charges.
This deposit fee is Non-Refundable once you book your session, except if the “Paying Client” is in ER, Hospital, or Life-threating Emergency within 24-hours for a full refund of the booking deposit fee date. Please Note: YOU HAVE TO NOTIFY US BY EMAIL WITHIN THE 24-HOURS OF YOUR PORTRAIT SESSION DATE.
Any photo image or merchandise on my website has a 30-day return. The returning item must be in original condition with no damage to qualify for a return payment to your bank account.
