Requirements of Portrait Session
As a business and professional Portrait and Wedding Photography, we will have requirements that you must adhere to a contract you sign as a legal document, and all parties involved must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the contract. You have the right not to sign any contracts, but you will not be able to have your portrait session taken place without complying with our terms and conditions on our website.
Our Terms and Conditions
Required Before Portrait Session Starts
- All Contracted Signed & Dated Returned to Us.
- Model Release Forms Signed & Dated Returned to Us.
- Please Note: Once Payment is completed for the session, we will email all Contracts, Model Release Forms.
- Deposit Payment made before the Portrait Session.
- MUST BE ON TIME (You must be 15-20 minutes before Portrait Session)
- Your Time Starts When You Booked Your Time Slot. (I.E 4.00 PM)
- Find our Location couple of days before the portrait session.
- No Smoking on our Property or we may cancel your session without a refund.
- Other Clients (as a past Smoker) find that smell very terrible and can affect their HEALTH, so please smell fresh, bring some Air Freshner!
- All Parking on the Street Only, and please do not block neighbours drive ways. (Not Our Driveway)
- Your responsibility for Lawful Parking on the Street as per Oregon Department of Transportation (DMV)
- Respect the speed limit with kids playing in our neighbourhood.
- Bring some casual and dress clothes for a change, as per the “Contract” on how many clothes are allowed in Portrait Session.
- Have Fun and enjoy your Portrait Session.
