When you sign up and pay for your Portrait Session on our website, you are Legally Accepting all our “Terms & Conditions” below as a legally binding agreement in a Court of Law in the United States of America.
You have the Right not to pay for our portrait session and leave our website without committing to our services on our website.
IF YOU WISH TO BOOK A PORTRAIT SESSION TODAY OR IN THE NEAR FUTURE, PLEASE BOOK AND PAY FOR YOUR PORTRAIT SESSION, AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO TAKING YOUR PICTURES.
RULES OF OUR PROPERTY:
- No Smoking on our Property.
- Do Not Liter Property.
- All Parties in Portrait Session Bring ID
- All Session photos are owned by the photographer.
- The Photographer has all Legal Rights to the Session.
- Remember to do all contacts and model release forms before the session.
- Must be on time for the session.
- Be at least 15-20 minutes early for the session.
- Drive and be courteous to neighbours.
- Do not block neighbours’ driveways.
- Bring extra change of clothes.
