Hi, I am john owner of Quentin Leefe Photography. I have been a photographer for over 25 years. I am originally from England, in a small countryside village in Felbridge in Surrey. My late grandfather, William loved photography and took some beautiful photos of Paris, France in the 1940’s of Notre Dame Cathedral, Moulin Rouge Can-Can Dance Hall, and Arc de Triomphe, and then he developed and printed them in his darkroom. I still have the original negatives. This got me into photography, and I took a black and white developing and printing course at Yuba City in California many years ago. My wife and I took many trips to Bandon Beach on the Oregon Coast with our 2 dogs, and I photographed my beautiful beaches along the coast. I lived in California and photographed the Bay Area, San Francisco, and the wild and wonderful Sierra Nevada Foothills along the Yuba River and American River.  

I had a friend many years ago in California who asked me to photograph a portrait session, and later on, I did their wedding. That was my first experience photographing people, and it interested in how I could create a beautiful photo of people. I have photographed weddings and some wonderful people, and I hope you will be in my portfolio soon.
